I thought it would be appropriate to write to you with reference to your above Service department.
I suppose it's not every day that someone says a "big thank you", but John Burn is certainly deserving.
My family own 3 Mitsubishi vehicles, all purchased new from Wanneroo Mitsubishi. My wife Carol and I moved to Ravenswood 18 months ago so needed a dealer a bit closer.
My Pajero has twice been serviced by your department (even having a major warranty repair done). I required a loan vehicle and that was arranged by John without fuss.
Carol's Colt VRX was serviced last Wednesday, again without fuss. Our vehicles are running just fine.
Our dealings with John have been terrific. We have been dealt with very professionally and in a manner that far exceed our expectations. We would like you to please congratulate him for us.
Having managed a sizeable Company myself I am perhaps a bit harder to please than most. But you are well represented in John and he certainly deserves our thanks and appreciation.
Just on a final note, you are far ahead of the Mandurah dealership with who we will not deal.

I purchased a new Mitsubishi Triton 3.2 ltr turbo diesel 4 door 4x4 utility in August this year. On the weekend of Saturday 31st October, 2009 I went fishing. While I was there I had to rescue a stranded driver of a Nissan Patrol who was bogged in unforgiving beach sand. I let air out my tyres and began to tow this vehicle out of the situation. I must mention that he had also deflated his tyres but was unable to get out of the bog.
The Triton surprised both me and the team from Nissan. I know now exactly what conditions the Triton can handle and I am very pleased.
This is mainly to let you know how good these vehicles are both on road and in four wheel driving situations.
